Ranked choice voting works for the Heisman

Indiana has nothing to fear from ranked choice voting. The GOP’s 2020 experiment was considered a success. The entire state is celebrating Mendoza’s ranked choice win.

Proven and easy

So let’s reject this nonsensical ban. Ranked choice voting produces more positive campaigns, majority winners, and puts an end to spoilers. It’s proven and it’s easy. If Indiana’s political parties, cities and towns want to adopt it, they should have that right. It brought the Heisman to the Hoosier State. It could do even more for voters and the state’s politics.
